This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Galileo Innovations, LLC doing business as Scrybus (“Scrybus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Scrybus Software-as-a-Service platform (the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of all applicable fees, Scrybus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email, and company details (if applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Scrybus is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly (or as otherwise stated during signup) and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
The Service allows users to electronically sign and manage documents. By using Scrybus to execute a document, you acknowledge that:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, are owned by Scrybus or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Scrybus collects and processes limited personal information such as your name, email address, company name, and business address, as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of the Service constitutes your consent to such data collection and processing.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during the use of the Service. Scrybus will not access your stored documents except to provide support, comply with the law, or maintain the system’s security and functionality.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or outages may occur. Support is provided via email at contactus@scrybus.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Scrybus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrybus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scrybus, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of this Agreement.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy, electronic signature, and data protection laws (such as CCPA, CPRA, and CalOPPA where applicable).
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website and effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
